Order Process
Orders may be placed On Line by filling your shopping trolley
in the first instance and then proceeding to the Check Out where
you will automatically be directed to a secure banking site
to complete payment for your order. A detailed description follows
hereunder.
Selecting Products
Under the category products on the right hand side of your screen
select the product you wish to learn more about or that you
are interested in purchasing.
Adding a product to your trolley
After you have selected the product as above, you will see an
image of the product and the price including VAT. If you are
sure about your selection click on the link buy now to add your
selection to your shopping trolley.
To learn more about the products specifics before adding it
to your shopping trolley, click on the image or on the product
info link. A comprehensive product description follows. If you
want to add your selection to your trolley click add to cart
.
You are under no obligation to purchase products placed in the
shopping trolley and you can at all times during you visit to
our site review and modify the contents of your shopping trolley
in the right hand corner of your screen.
Registered users can at this stage also leave the site and the
selected products will be retained your shopping trolley until
your next visit.
After adding a product you have the choice to either continue
shopping or to proceed to the check out.
Placing your order
Click on the check out link in the top right hand corner of
your screen. You will be asked whether you are a new customer
or a returning customer. Returning customers can log in by entering
their email address and password. If you are a new customer
please click continue to be transferred to a registration screen.
We deal with your details according to the directives of the
data protection act. Please read our security and privacy policy
for full details.
Once you have completed the registration process, you will be
transferred to the delivery information screen. By default we
use your billing address as the shipping address. If your shipping
address is different, please click change address to enter the
address where you wish the goods to be shipped to.
Shipping Charges
We have partnered with UPS for our worldwide deliveries at
very competitive rates. Depending on the shipping location
the shipping cost will be added to your order. We ship to
most UK destinations for about £25 whilst we can ship
to most European and US destinations for £50.
VAT, Duties and import/local taxes
All prices published on our web site are in British Pound
Sterling. VAT of 19% will be added to all goods delivered
within the UK or to other EC member states. Where goods are
shipped outside the UK and the European community they are
exempt from VAT, however they may be subject to local taxes.
Payment of these taxes where applicable shall be your responsibility.
Payment
After completing the shipping address click continue and you
will be forwarded to order confirmation screen. Please carefully
review your order before clicking confirm. To finalise your
order you will now be transferred away from www.mozzee.co.uk
to a web site that is hosted and operated by our bankers HSBC
who will undertake the card processing on our behalf. We accept
payment via widely accepted debit and credit cards such as
Switch, Solo, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments shall
be made in British Pounds Sterling.
Your personal card details will be securely held by HSBC and
at no stage will your card details ever be divulged to us.
On successful completion of the payment, you will be transferred
back to www.mozzee.co.uk
Your credit card will only be charged when the goods physically
get shipped your chosen shipping address.
Order
Confirmation
Shortly after completing the order process you will be send
an email confirming your order details.
Shipping Notice & Payment Receipt
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you notice
by email and your UPS tracking number. With this number you
can track progress of your delivery via UPS’ designated
web site. We will also charge your credit card on this day
and the receipt will be emailed to you.
